When you use our knowledge base and grant management features, you may upload documents, grant applications, reports, and other files. We store these files and process them to enable search and AI-powered features. If you connect cloud storage, we access files you explicitly grant permission to.

Communications Data

Our platform helps you draft and manage communications. We store email drafts, templates, and communication history that you create within the platform. If you connect an email account, we access email data as permitted by your authorization.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including features used, pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps. This helps us improve our services and troubleshoot issues.

We collect device and browser information, IP addresses, and similar technical data to ensure security, prevent fraud, and optimize platform performance.
